On location off the east coast of Iceland
On 26 January 2003, Marorka took a voyage with Jón Kjartansson SU-111 on a capelin fishing tour in order to inspect the equipment and on-board energy systems. Although the trip was cut short due to bad weather, it proved successful for both Marorka and the crew, who in three hauls caught over 1,000 tons.
