Maren 2 best new product!

The Fisheries Minister and Mayor of Kópavogur hosted the Icelandic Fisheries Awards on the 9th of September. The awards were set up to recognize achievement both within the Icelandic fishing industry and internationally.

Marorka's Maren 2 won the best new product award. In the adjacent image, Höskuldur H. Ólafsson, Eimskip's Assistant Director can be seen presenting the award to Jón Ágúst Þorsteinsson, Marorka's Managing Director.
